January 3, 2019 Reorganization minutes
The January 3, 2019 Meeting of the Board of Adjustment opened at 7:30pm. The clerk read the notice of compliance with the "Open public meetings act."
Present were Board members: Mr. Spader, Mr. Reynolds, Chairman Struncius, Mr. Schneider, Mr. LePore, Mr. DePolo and Ms. Crasper
Absent – Kelly, Dixon, Davis and McGee
Also present – Dennis Galvin, Ray Savacool and Karen Mills

Motion by Mr. Spader, second by Mr. Reynolds to nominate Mr. Struncius as Chairman

Motion by Mr. Spader, second by Mr. Schneider to nominate Mr. Reynolds as vice Chairman

Memorialize Resolutions
Be it resolved by the Board of Adjustment that it hereby memorializes the action and vote approving Application #2019-05 of Robert J. Civile – 219 Baltimore Avenue – Block 126; Lot 2.01 – Applicant is renovating existing single family dwelling and filling in basement. Existing structure is not at BFE
Motion by Mr. Reynolds, second by Ms. Crasper to memorialize

Be it resolved by the Board of Adjustment that it hereby memorializes the action and vote approving Application #2019 – 02 of John/Kathleen Gabrielli – 210 Washington Avenue – Block 19; Lot 6 – Applicant wishes to demolish existing family dwelling and construct a new FEMA compliant single family dwelling. Variance is for lot width of 45 feet.
