Borough of Point Pleasant Beach Minutes
The January 3, 2008 Reorganization meeting of the Board of Adjustment opened at 7:35pm. The clerk read the notice of compliance with the "Open public meetings act." Present were Board members: Chairman Moberg and Mr. Cangelosi Alternates: Mr. Reilly and Mr. Ardito
Motion by Mr. Reilly, second by Mr. Ardito to approve the minutes of December 6, 2007.
In favor: Moberg, Reilly and Ardito
Opposed: None
REORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF PT. PLEASANT BEACH FOR 2008
Motion by Mr. Reilly to appoint Karen L. Mills as clerk of the Board with a second from Mr. Ardito
In favor: Moberg, Cangelosi, Reilly and Ardito
Opposed: None
Motion by Mr. Cangelosi to nominate Mr. Dennis Galvin as Board attorney, second by Mr. Reilly
In favor: Moberg, Cangelosi, Reilly and Ardito
Opposed: None
No conflict will attorney will be appointed at this time.
Motion by Mr. Reilly to appoint Ray Savacool of CMX as Board of Adjustment Engineer, second by Joe Cangelosi
In favor: Moberg, Cangelosi, Reilly and Ardito
No conflict Engineer will be appointed at this time
All Board appointments will be made on January 17, 2008
