FEBRUARY 28, 2019 REGULAR MEETING
 
The February 28, 2019 Regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment opened at 7:30pm.  The clerk read the notice of compliance with the "Open public meetings act." Present were Board members:  Mr. Kelly, Mr. Schneider, Mr. LePore, Mr. DePolo and Ms. Crasper

Also present: Dennis Galvin, Ray Savacool and Karen Mills

Absent – Secretary Spader, Vice Chair Reynolds, Chairman Struncius, Mr. Dixon, Mr. Davis and Mr. McGee
 
 
#2019-15 – Jenkinson’s South Inc. – 604 Ocean Avenue – Block 83.01; Lot 1.01 – Applicant wishes to relocate existing restroom facility; replace existing roller coaster with new coaster; relocate existing ride (Himalaya) and erect new ride.

(Jenkinson’s is not being heard due to deficient notice)
 
 
Boyle Application carried from February 21, 2019 without notice

Application #2019-04 – John/Ruthann Boyle – 4 Harvard Avenue – Block 129.02; Lot 1.02 – Applicant is seeking a certificate of pre-existing non-conformity of a multi-family structure.

John/Ruthann Boyle applicants, sworn, stated that they purchased the home in 2001 as a two-family.
Additional proofs were presented in way of 1940 ordinance and aerial photographs which lent the board to determine that this was a preexisting non-conformity.
 
Motion by Mr. Schneider, second by Mr. LePore to grant the certificate of non-confority to John and Ruthann Boyle.
