- Hazard Tree pruning letter to residents – discussion of draft to property owners- Anne
- High School Class Tree set up meeting with Interact Club – Peter Ritchings and Anne Lightburn – no response yet
- Peter Renner will manage the STC involvement in Arbor Day celebration at Antrim 2020
- Newark Playground – interest in replanting – Arbor Day? HS Students? – All

- Hazard Tree Notification – 4 sent so far
- Apply Tree City USA – Done
- Ordinance for sidewalk constriction that will minimize sidewalk lifting by tree roots.
- Pruning workshop – DPW and residents – decided to not do
- Educational articles – August Renner, September Smith
- Participate in Arbor Day Program – Peter Renner will manage 2020 program with Antrim
