Agenda for Monday, September 19th, 7:00 PM

  1. Call to order. Everyone sign in. Welcome.
  2. Acceptance of minutes. Vote.
  3. Boat Trip RECAP.
  4. Treasurer’s report.
  5. GG own Venmo QR account?  Pros/Cons
  6. Elks Fundraiser:  donation of 2 bar stools for use of their space for our events.
  7. Roll out of ICE program. Library day only signed up 8 people.  Received calls for 6 more after event.  Seems we need to go to our seniors.  Divide up by district?  Every volunteer take a section?
  8. ICE data base. Need to have a LEAD for roll out.  Who would like to step up to maintain info going forward with police/EMT’s.  Currently, John Dosch and John Palang have info.
  9. Senior Robo calls.  Several seniors reported they do not receive them. How to get added?

Masquerade party. Oct. 11th 1-3 pm. Firehouse. Food served? Who will Lead?  Music?

  1. Giving Thanks Bingo. 8th. 1-3 pm.  Elks. 5 admission, charge for extra cards. Lead?
  2. Christmas luncheon. 13th. Proposal to have it a venue/restaurant/banquet other than firehouse. This way, we can sit and socialize with our seniors and get to know them, rather than running around setting up, serving, clean up, etc.  Vote.
