- Motion to adopt last month’s minutes.
- Welcome new members! The Christensens and LuAnne Breese.
- Re-cap of Spa Day. Details about event. Spa Bella, She Shed afterwards. It was a big success! $220 was given to Kelly to tip operators for coming in on day off. We now have thank you cards and Theresa will keep records of what Thank you have been sent. Theresa sent thank you to both Kelly, Patty and to Caldinos for luncheon.

- Upcoming event: Harvest Festival – Sunday, Oct. 24th, “Seniors Got Talent” – Dino heading and MC’ ing –

*** Need people to bring out seniors and audience members for event ½ hour mini-show!
- November Event: Senior Chocolate Social, hosted by Tracey Lipari. 9th at Firehouse 12- 3/4? Do we want to provide a light lunch? Sandwiches since it is at lunch time? Thoughts? Traci will need volunteers to help with the event. Discuss. (We have 50.00 gift card from Stop n Shop that can be used to buy sandwiches). Do we charge for event? Discussion.
- December “Mingle and Jingle” party. We had December 9th slated at the firehouse. June had a conversation with the women’s club in PPB that they would consider it, maybe combining their holiday party with us. (They are mostly senior ladies and have had an annual Christmas party before) so we could learn and join efforts if they are still open to it? – Their date is December 16th, do we want to continue the conversation? Or have our own party? They currently have a group of 40- 50. Please do a group Vote on if we want to pursue further.
