GG Senior Agenda for Monday, 11/21/22.

  11. 12/10: Trolley update: Starting at Winter Wonderland in conjunction with Rec.

Printed song books?  Lead?  # of people Trolley holds?   Who will map route of senior stops?  Last year, John D & John Palang did route and put up luminaries at all stops.  Do they want to take on role again?  Patti brought wireless Microphone last year.  Worked well.  Built in stop for bathroom break:  Suggestion Dunkin Doughnuts? Drive downtown a possibility?

  1. 12/13: Holiday Party.  Doug is lead.  Catered by Joe Leone’s.  Caryn creating centerpieces and in charge of Decorations.  Music: Simple Karaoke with Dino as MC, John D will help set up system. Do we want to do any games?    Santa – other Ideas?  Thoughts?
  2. 2023 New year/Transition:  Need for new Executive Officers.  3-5 people needed.
  3. 2023 – Calendar of Events. Monthly recurring should go to Christine Riehl for approval.  New team should meet late December/early Jan to plan out 2023 calendar.
  4. New Business. (Erin/health screening/seniors).  No December meeting.
  5. General Discussion.
