AGENDA FOR MONDAY, August 15th, 7:00 PM

  1. Call to order. Everyone sign in. Welcome.
  2. Acceptance of minutes. Vote.
  3. Re-cap of BINGO event (ideas going forward?). Seniors seemed to love it.
  4. Boat Trip. Lead: Caryn Byrnes. Last meeting date was voted as 8/25/22 with Rain date of 9/1/22. Put to vote?
  5. Treasurer’s report.
  6. Our liaison, Councilwoman Byrnes would like to order linens for events.
  7. Roll out of ICE program. Theresa secured date with Matt of the library for Saturday, Sept.10th from 10-1 pm. Need to advertise in the paper and Robo call. Need: 2 volunteers to register seniors. Coffee and doughnuts to be served would be nice. (Up for discussion).
  8. ICE date base. John Palang has information along with John Dosch. How to maintain going forward with police/EMT’s, etc.
  9. Seafood Festival. At last meeting, majority was not in favor of attending. The mayor has asked that we have a presence. Deliberate. Volunteers?
