      1. Tug of War update
  1. We have 8 teams registered and over $50K in sponsorship (ahead of last Tug); signage will start to be put up within 2 weeks. We need at least 3 more teams and as many as 7 more. If anyone knows any businesses that want to sponsor please let Ryan know. We also need more teams, so larger companies, gyms, community groups etc would be great. Rec committee also needs about 20 volunteers to work in 2 shifts (morning and afternoon) that day. Laura K can provide updates on that
      1.  First Friday update
  1. Band is locked in; we need a few volunteers to decorate the town with red white and blue. Sept 3rd is the date for the event
      1. Bonfire update- We are set for Sept 11th. Band is locked in, wood secured (Joe S is getting pallets). Wendy ordered glow sticks, we need smores items (She Shed is building them!) and waters/drinks. We need volunteers to help hand out pizza as well. Ryan sent an email to Kristen O’Rourke about volunteers as well. We will also use the event to fundraise for the park.

    15. Cornhole League – Matthew Luongo, Mike Edwards
      1. Contacted Jenkinson’s, Bradshaws and White Sands. One page proposal was sent to them.
  1. Jenkinson’s has approved the event for late september 25th, 11am-5pm
  2. Cannot offer a cash prize per the town
