Application #2014-375 – Trencin Realty Company – 500 – 504 Trenton Avenue – Lots 12, 13 and 14 – Minor sub-division- Applicant is seeking to subdivide the existing (3) three lot parcel into (3) single-family residential conforming lots.
Application #2014-376 – Joe Leone’s – 510 American Legion Way – Block 89; Lots 6 & 7 – Applicant proposes minor revisions to the approved site plan; applicant would like to add several carts and tables outside the store.
