Applicant seeks to utilize the property as a steakhouse restaurant. Applicant seeks preliminary and final site plan approval to replace a damaged shed and add three (3) additional sheds to the rear of the property, as well as, to install a roll-up garage style door on the side of the building for expansion of use to include an outdoor dining area on the side and rear deck.
