NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a resolution modifying the By-Laws of the Parking Authority of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, was introduced and passed on first reading at the regular meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority on August 7, 2014, and will be considered for second reading and final passage at the regular meeting of the Parking Authority to be held on September 4, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Borough Hall, 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, at which time any person desiring to be heard will be given the opportunity to be so heard. Those modifications to the bylaws include meeting times, setting forth conditions for telephonic participation by members, and quorum.
