4. Update on Ongoing Initiatives:
a. Spotlight Artists at Library and Town Hall – Joan Tozzi-Ablahani’s work is currently on display at the Municipal Building in Sept through November, Sheila Evans to exhibit Dec.- Feb. Still working with Library for monthly exhibits. Looking for more artists.
b. Murals – Daryll Monticello to chair; Jager Lumber and Lauren Kurtz on board for next mural
c. Homegrown Harvest Festival – Kristi Monticello to chair. Planning underway. New event: Scarecrow contest; registrations sent out. Seeking someone to run pie contest (Arlene).
5. Update on Scheduled Items/Events:
a. Juried Art Show – 2023. Melissa Hood & Sheila Soyster to Co-Chair and given the project outline; received?
b. Party by the Sea – Spring 2023. Tracey Jackson is chairing this event – update
c. Social Media – Lauren Kurtz is doing a GREAT job! THANKS Lauren!!
d. Artist Registry – Judy Van Brunt working with Melissa Hood on this and creating a format for artists to fill in information. Idea to make a QR code post cards to hand out at events
6. Seeking New Members – Always seeking new volunteers to run and assist with events!
7. New Business:
a. Art Walk – Dave Betten to chair – update
b. Moon Gate – update
