  1. Approval of previous minutes
  2. Treasurer’s Report
  3. Upcoming events –
    1. Photography Classes at Vintage Van Gogh’s – Carmelina lead.  Two classes in September not advertised and cancelled.  Future classes – need advertisement. 
    2. Paint With Us at Bandshell – Mary Ellen lead, Linda and Penny assisting.  Takes place Thursdays from 10:00 to 2:00 pm.  Free Event.   Will hold again next year?
    3. Murals – Jim lead.  New mural going on wall next to Train Station – completed, was Jill paid.?  Building behind Joe Leone’s on calendar to be done as well in spring of 2020 and 2nd floor of Stella E Luna.    Any new murals planned for Jenks?
    4. Rock Painting – Kristi lead, to advise on progress to coordinate with Art Teacher at Antrim.  Cost of delivery for rocks?
    5. Vintage Van Gogh pumpkin painting – Sonya lead.  Date set for October 12th. Cost will be $20 per adult $15 for kids.  Family session to take place between 1:00 and 4:00, adult session between 4:00 and 6:00.  Advertised in Ocean Star and Facebook. 
    6. Seafood Festival – Arts Committee arranged to have a table at the Festival.  Carmelina volunteered to take lead.  Anyone who visited the table interested in volunteering on the Committee?  Were raffle prizes distributed?
    7. Fall Movie Night – Kim lead – to be held at B2 Bistro on October 30.  $5 donation and special menu.
    8. Proposed trip to Gardens for Sculpture – Tracey lead – date of November 3rd.    Decide on cost and transportation.
    9. 11/29 Flash Mob/Caroling – Kristi lead. Work in progress.
    10. Trolley Tour – Marisa lead, coordinating with Brian?  Work in progress.  Committee agreed will run for 3 days.
  4. Storage of equipment – Availability of Boro Hall Basement – date?
  5. Marianne England – invite Chairperson of Metuchen Arts Committee to one of our meetings. 
  6. Website – Infrastructure and website development progress – Christopher lead, Carmelina assisting. 
  7. Deb Smith – intern assisting with media advertising.
  8. 2020 Gala – Joylene lead – meeting with White Sands?  Decide on date and co leads.
