1. Update on Scheduled Items/Events:
   1. Juried Art Show – 2023.  Melissa and Sheila are looking to set this up to advertise the 2nd week in January.  Looking to hire a judge and working out details.  Lauren Kurtz to handle the technical aspects.
   2. PartY by the Sea – Spring 2023.  Tracey Jackson to update
   3. Artist Registry – Format fees and registration details being ironed out.
   4. Art Walk – Approved.  Dave Betten to chair – update
