  4. Update on Ongoing Initiatives:
    1. Spotlight Artists at Library and Town Hall – Meet the Artist tonight.  Bob Como to exhibit June-August in Municipal Building.  Joan Tozzi-Ablahani will be featured at the library in June and Municipal Building in Sept through November.
    2. Online Poetry Awareness – “What Peace Means to Me”.  We did not receive any submissions
    3. Hit Us With Your Best Shot – posted on FaceBook for May
    4. beach pARTy – Planning is underway.  Several vendor applications received and are being reviewed.

 

  1. Update on Scheduled Items/Events:
    1. Juried Art Show – A request for a Chairperson was emailed.  Melissa Hood responded.  Need to send her details.  Sheila Soyster offered to help.  Planning TBD
    2. Homegrown Harvest Festival – Scheduled for 10/23; Looking for a Lead/Chair
    3. PartY by the Sea – Need a Chairperson to run this event
    4. Murals – Need a Chairperson.
    5. Refresh Your Palate – on hold
    6. Painted Crosswalk/ Street Murals – on hold
    7. Painted Barriers Around Town Lakes – on hold
    8. Little Point Book Shop – Holding 3 kids classes, 4/30, 6/4 and 7/2, as a fundraiser for Arts Committee
    9. Possible class with Molly Board – pending vote and approval
    10. Social Media – Contract ended with Adapting Social.  Looking for a new provider

 

  1. Seeking New Members – Email sent out and advertising on social media for new volunteers.  Events are on hold until we can generate more help.
