  5. Update on Ongoing Initiatives:
    1. Spotlight Artists at Library and Town Hall – Sheila Soyster and Pauline Mickle’s artwork is on display at the Municipal building through April 30th.  A community “Meet the Artist” event to be planned for mid-April.  Melissa Hood to possibly display in May.  Need recommendations for other artists to reach out to.
    2. Little Free Library – Little Red Library Design being worked on with environmental committee.
    3. ShamRock – Follow up to the event held on 3/12.
    4. Refresh Your Palate – First event to be held on 3/15 to make a Beach Badge Sign.  2 more events to be scheduled for April and May.
    5. Melissa Hood March is for the Birds – online event.  Tag @melissahoodart or @pointbeach arts on social media with Bird Art.  Use #MarchBirdArt to support and share with others.
    6. Mother’s Day Fundraising Event at Soule – May 1st.  Details and sign-up to be emailed and on Facebook
  6. Update on Scheduled Items/Events:
    1. Juried Art Show – We have all the details to do a virtual show.  Looking for a chair or two co-chairs and run this event.
    2. Online Poetry Contest – scheduled for April
    3. Online Photo Contest – scheduled for May
    4. beach pARTy – scheduled for 7/21; rain date 7/28; planning is underway
    5. Homegrown Harvest Festival – Scheduled for 10/23; planning is underway
    6. PartY by the Sea – Lisa Curtis offered to Lead.  Looking for volunteers to help Lisa.
    7. Murals – seeking businesses willing to have a mural painted.  Please reach out to any contacts.
    8. Painted Crosswalk/ Street Murals – Update
    9. Painted Barriers Around Town Lakes – Update
    10. By-laws – Lauren Goldfarb, Arlene Testa, and Tracey Jackson to meet and finalize
    11. Zoom Meetings – doing a hybrid in-person and zoom meeting is not encouraged by council/town hall
  7. Seeking New Members – Seeking additional committee members willing to take the lead on events or lend a hand.  Please spread the word
  8. New business – suggestions for events this year and other business
  9. Adjournment
