  3. Upcoming events –
    1. White Sands Art Sessions (Registration) – Mary Ellen is lead, Linda Paterson assisting.  Status of Sessions.   
    2. Photography Classes at PPB Library – Carmelina lead.  Discuss projected attendance and advertising of sessions.  Possible to hold at Vintage Van Gogh going forward?
    3. Band Shell Music Series –  Mike Corona is lead.  Musicians booked for Thursday evenings, 7:00 to 9:00.   Arts Committee is advertising.  Status of series? Third Wave to perform at Bandshell – Status?
    4. Summer Movie Night – Kim  lead.  Set for July 16th at Food Shack. Showing when Harry Met Sally.  $5 ticket and then extra to purchase food.  Discuss ticket sales, event set up.
    5. Summer Downtown Music/Art Crawls –  James has musicians lined up for August 16th.  Cathy to coordinate with Business Owners date.  An Arts Cttee member needs to take the lead on Art Walk and coordinate.  Project sheets?
    6. Summer Stock in the Bandshell – Marisa lead.  Will discuss her progress to coordinate with jazz and band camp dates.   Project Sheet?
    7. Paint With Us at Gazebo – Mary Ellen lead, Linda assisting.  Will take place, on Thursdays from 10:00 to 2:00 pm.  Free Event.  Status of attendance?
    8. Murals – Jim lead for mural on Stella E Luna.  Alex Taylor and Jim coordinating mural on Jenk’s South Bath House. 
    9. Rock Painting – Kristi lead, to advise on progress.
    10. Open Mic Nights at Berritazza Cafe – Kristi lead.  Will start June 26th, every Wednesday through the summer.  Free event.
    11. Vintage Van Gogh pumpkin painting – Sonya lead.  Discuss tentative date of October 19th and cost and advertising. 
    12. Intercoastal Tug of War – set up Arts table?
    13. 11/29 Flash Mob/Caroling – Kristi lead. Work in progress.
    14. Trolley Tour – Marisa lead, coordinating with Brian.  Work in progress.
  4. Storage of equipment – Availabilty of Boro Hall Basement – date?
  5. Website – Infrastructure and website development progress – Christopher lead, Carmelina assisting. 
  6. 2020 Gala – preparation and project leads. Linda Paterson project lead (need co lead), Joylene decorating, Cathy/Kristi fundraising,
