  1. Chairperson’s/Treasurer’s Remarks
  2. Vice Chair’s Remarks
  3. Secretary’s Remarks and approval of February, March and April and May meeting minutes
  4. Update on Ongoing Initiatives:
    1. Spotlight Artists at Library and Town Hall – Bob Como to exhibit June-August in Municipal Building.  Joan Tozzi-Ablahani will be featured at the library in June and Municipal Building in Sept through November, Sheila Evans to exhibit Dec.- Feb.  Nice article was in the 6/24 edition of Ocean Star.  Still working with Library for monthly exhibits.
    2. each pARTy – Thursday 7/21, rain date 7/28.  Seeking volunteers to help on the day of the event.

 

  1. Update on Scheduled Items/Events:
    1. Juried Art Show – Postponing until 2023.  Melissa Hood & Sheila Soyster to Co-Chair.
    2. Homegrown Harvest Festival – Scheduled for 10/23; Need Chairperson
    3. PartY by the Sea – Spring 2023.  Tracey Jackson is considering chairing this event
    4. Murals – Need businesses willing to participate.  Lauren is Chair
    5. Possible class with Molly Board – pending vote and approval
    6. Social Media – Contract ended with Adapting Social.  Seeking new provider or linking with town
    7. Artist Registry – Judy Van Brunt working on this and creating a format for artists to fill in information.  Work in progress.

 

  1. Seeking New Members – Email sent out and advertising on social media for new volunteers.  Events are on hold until we can generate more help.
