  1. Scheduled and Upcoming 2021 “in person” and Virtual Events:
    1. Juried Art Show – Carmelina and Lisa leads. Moved to a Virtual event.  Carmelina and Lisa to update if needed. Judging took place and winners were announced.  People’s choice award to be decided by January 31st.  All artwork for sale.
    2. Adobe Light Room Class – free virtual event to be held on February 11, 2021. Carmelina to update.
    3. Valentine’s Day “Heart Display” – Kim lead. Mary Ellen Savage provided the template.
    4. What Inspires You Blog – Lauren/Kristi/Christopher to update –on hold until training for participants scheduled.
    5. Coastal Co-op – Mary Ellen Savage – Children’s Art Program scheduled for February 16th from 3:30 to 5:00.
    6. Downtown Gallery – Lauren, Kristi and Laurie to work with Kristen O’Rourke to identify storefronts on Arnold and Bay to display artwork. Committee met for the first time Monday, Feb 1st to start identifying some steps that need to be worked through. Next steps will be to build committees to source artists and work.  Members present included, Gavin Shwahla, Christopher Corcoran, Fallon Schultz, James Dalton, Kim Allen, Kristi Monticello, Arlene Testa, Judy Van Brunt and Lauren Goldfarb participated in the call. Anyone is welcome to join the initiative.
    7. Spoken Word Event – James to update – to be held virtually during April 2021. Goal is to have daily updates and or live streams with a weekend dedicated to Live Events (possibly April 24/25).
    8. Second Home Grown Fair – Kim lead – possibly to be held in Spring 2021.
    9. 2021 Gala – Joylene lead – POSTPONED – NEW DATE TO BE DETERMINED – Joylene in discussions with Wharfside. Pick a realistic date.  Maybe new theme?
  2. Murals – on hold for new chairperson.
  3. New business – ideas for events in 2021 and other business.
  4. Adjournment
