5. 2020 Scheduled and Proposed Virtual Events:

1. Free Photo Classes–  Carmelina lead and to update
2. Vintage Van Goghs Virtual Art Classes – Sonya lead and to update
3. What Inspires You Blog – Lauren/Kristi/Christopher to update – training for participants needs to be scheduled.

6. Upcoming 2020 “in person” Events:
   2020. 2020 Gala – Joylene lead – POSTPONED – NEW DATE TO BE DETERMINED – Joylene to update with press release announcing the postponement of the Gala that had been rescheduled to November 14, 2020.
   2021. Juried Art Show – Carmelina and Lisa leads. Possibly move from In Person Event to Virtual.  Carmelina to update.  If we move to virtual, need to work out artist permission to post work online and virtual voting logistics.  If remains in person, will schedule with 2021 Gala.
   2022. Paint At Bandshell – Mary Ellen and Penny leads. POSTPONED UNTIL 2021
   2023. Point Bookshop Book Festival – Kim lead – Proposed Author book presentation, craft vendors and music. Need to coordinate logistics with Town.
   2024. Knitting Group at the Gottlieb Building or Globetrotter– Kristi and new Committee Member Maggie to update
   2025. Downtown Gallery – Kristi lead. Kristi will update with idea to showcase artists’ work in vacant downtown buildings.

7. Murals – Jim to update. Stella Luna and other PPB Buildings.
8. Point Beach Arts Committee website – Christopher lead – Christopher will update on showcasing the back end of the Committee website and training.
9. How to Stay Relevant through Social Media – brainstorming ideas during times of social distancing restrictions.
