  5. Update on Ongoing Initiatives:
    1. Spotlight Artists at Library and Town Hall – Melissa Hood to possibly display in May.  Joan Tozzi-Ablahani will be featured at the library in June.
    2. Little Free Library – Environmental Committee will be working with Antrim students on this project.
    3. Refresh Your Palate – Great event on 3/15 with 13 in attendance.
    4. Online Poetry Awareness – “What Peace Means to Me”.  Online submissions being accepted through 4/30.
    5. Hit Us With Your Best Shot – online photo submissions scheduled for May
    6. beach pARTy – scheduled for 7/21; rain date 7/28; planning is underway.  Vendor Applications are being accepted.
    7. By-laws – The town has provided us with committee guidelines

 

  1. Update on Scheduled Items/Events:
    1. Juried Art Show – We have all the details to do a virtual show.  Looking for a chair or two co-chairs and run this event.
    2. Homegrown Harvest Festival – Scheduled for 10/23; Looking for a Lead/Chair
    3. PartY by the Sea – Liz Curtis offered to Lead.  Update?  Looking for volunteers to help Liz.
    4. Murals – seeking businesses willing to have a mural painted.  Please reach out to any contacts.
    5. Refresh Your Palate – April and May events pending vote and approval
    6. Painted Crosswalk/ Street Murals – Need a proposal with cost and which streets are town vs. county
    7. Painted Barriers Around Town Lakes – Update
    8. Little Point Book Shop – Holding 3 kids classes, 4/30, 6/4 and 7/2, as a fundraiser for Arts Committee
    9. Possible class with Molly Board – pending vote and approval

 

  1. Seeking New Members – Committee Fair 4/3/2022 – Five possible new volunteers.  Seeking additional committee members willing to take the lead on events or lend a hand.  Please spread the word
