2019-14 – Alicia Flath – 418 Lincoln Avenue – Block 201; Lot 1 – applicant wishes to enclose rear porch, relocate a/c unit, reconfigure existing garage to incorporate a cabana; a second story addition of a new master bath and a cantilevered bay window on the first floor.
