NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Pt. Pleasant Beach will receive bids on the Bathhouse and Food Concession located at 1000-1002 Ocean Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, a/k/a Block 45, Lots 4 and 5 comprising a bathhouse of +/- 3772 square feet and concession of +/- 2095 square feet on the 4th day of April, 2022 at 2:00 p. m. in the Borough Council Meeting Room, 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach (2nd floor).
