Borough of Point Pleasant Beach PART TIME PLUMBING SUB CODE OFFICIAL/INSPECTOR – POINT PLEASANT BEACH is seeing applicants for the P/T position of Plumbing Sub Code Official/Inspector. RATE: $42.06 to $46.43/hour. HOURS: 12-17 hours/week. DUTES: work under the direction of the Construction Official, to administer the Plumbing subcode as per the State Uniform Construction Code and perform inspections and other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Strong technical background, knowledge of rehab subcode and customer service skills are essential. Multi-discipline licenses and experience with GovPilot software a plus. Applicants must possess a valid Plumbing Inspector and Plumbing Subcode license (HSS) issued by the NJDCA.
