RFP ADVERTISEMENT
The Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, hereby advertises for Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Sealed proposals will be received by the Borough Administrator of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, in Council Chambers, at the Municipal Building, 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey 08742 on THURSDAY, May 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM prevailing time at which time and place will be opened and read in public for:

RFPs must be sealed, the envelope to bear the following information:
Title: ELECTRIC SCOOTER PROGRAM
(Name and Address of the Vendor)
Delivery of proposals must be in person, Federal Express or Express Mail Service. No proposals will be accepted after the date and time specified above.
Proposers must present a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to the award of the contract if it is not submitted with the proposal.
All Contracts will be on standard form contracts which are available for inspection in the Law Department. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Borough of Point Pleasant Beach reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all proposals, if deemed in the best interest of the Borough to do so.
