REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Point Pleasant Beach Station Retail Concession

NJ Transit is interested in receiving Expressions of Interest from experienced, financially sound individuals or entities to operate a coffee retail concession at Point Pleasant Beach Station.

The space available for lease consists of approximately 60 square feet within the Point Pleasant station building with existing water supply, drain and security gate. Ridership at the Station averages only about 225 passengers per weekday, however this location is just blocks from the beach, boardwalk and along one of the Shore’s major roadways – route 35. Passenger volume varies due to the seasonal nature of tourism to Point Pleasant Beach.  Selection of a lessee will be based upon review of proposals submitted to NJ TRANSIT in response to a Request for Proposal package issued to parties submitting an Expression of Interest.

Expressions of Interest must be post-marked, or your email received, no later than March 31, 2021. No telephone Expressions of Interest will be accepted.
