Notice of General Election

Notice is hereby given that a General Election will be held in the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, Ocean County, NJ on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, for the election of candidates and public questions. Polling place for all districts will be Point Pleasant Beach Fire Company No. 2, 614 Laurel Avenue. Polls will be open from 6AM until 8PM.

 

Information for Last-Minute Voters

1.If a voter opts to go to a polling place on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, they will ONLY be able to cast a Paper Provisional Ballot which will not be counted on Election Day.  Unless a voter has a disability – they will not be allowed to cast a ballot on a voting machine.

2. If a voter has misplaced, torn, defaced or not received their Vote by Mail Ballot sent to their home they can obtain a replacement ballot in person at 2 locations: (must wear a face mask and have temp checked)

  • PERSONALLY DELIVER BALLOT TO THEIR POLLING PLACE ON ELECTION DAY
