Introducing GovAlert Report-a-Concern Feature

Today (9/4/20) we’re unveiling a new Report-a-Concern feature, called GovAlert. GovAlert will enable residents to quickly and easily report non-emergency concerns such as trash issues, potholes and fallen street signs directly through your mobile device which, once submitted, will route the appropriate resources to resolve the issue. If you would like to be able to report non-emergency concerns, please install GovAlert on your phone. It is available for download in both the Android and iOS stores.

Upon submission, data is sent to the appropriate Borough employee for fast processing. Email alerts will keep residents informed of the submission status.
