Tax Payment Grace Period Extended to June 1, 2020 (If payment not received by 6/1, interest charged back to 5/1)

 
 
         BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey that, as permitted by Executive Order 130, the Borough is hereby authorized to extend the May 1, 2020 tax payment grace period to June 1, 2020. Anyone making their second quarter tax payment on a date no later than June 1, 2020 will not be charged interest. If payment is not received by June 1, 2020, interest will be charged back to May 1, 2020.
 
 

 
I, Eileen Farrell, Municipal Clerk, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of a resolution adopted by the Governing Body of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, on the 5^th day of May 2020.
