Not spayed or neutered $13

 

$20/$23 if received after Jan. 31, 2020

 

Rabies must be good through Nov. 1, 2020

Please make checks payable to the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach and enclose a postage paid return envelope and mail to 416 New Jersey Avenue  Attn:  Board of Health – Karen Mills
