Full Time Code Enforcement/Zoning Officer – Borough of Point Pleasant Beach
Salary range: $55,572 to $85,000
Duties include but are not limited to: read, analyze and interpret blueprints, maps, technical procedures and government regulations, as well as the ability to write reports and correspondence. Applicant must also perform varied types of office and field work, including enforcement action, issuing summonses and appearing in Municipal Court. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license, the ability to obtain a Zoning Official certification within 12 months, and a willingness to obtain an Inspector of Hotels & Multiple Dwelling certificate.
