LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach will hold a public hearing in response to the filing of an application by Comcast of Ocean County LLC to renew municipal consent to operate a cable communications system in the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach. The purpose of the hearing is for the governing body to receive comment from concerned citizens of the Borough about the application submitted by Comcast of Ocean County LLC. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Point Pleasant Beach Borough Hall, 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey 08742, in the Council Chambers at 6:30PM. The application for renewal is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM and 4PM, in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey 08742.
