To jump start the program, SHOP THE BEACH cards and flyers were mailed to residents with 08742 mailing addresses. Anyone can join the program by picking up a card at any of the participating businesses or at the Point Pleasant Beach Chamber of Commerce at 517 Arnold Avenue.
