Borough of Point Pleasant Beach LEGAL NOTICE
The public is hereby notified that a public hearing has been scheduled by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach on the Application for Renewal of the following Alcoholic Beverage License:
# 1525-33-019-007 – 1106 Ocean Ave Inc, T/A The White Sands Oceanfront Resort & Spa and White Sands Catering
The public hearing, originally scheduled for August 4, 2015 has been adjourned to August 18, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., prevailing time, in the Council Chambers of the Borough Hall, 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach. The regular meeting of the Mayor and Council will be held at 7:30 p.m., or upon conclusion of the hearing, whichever is later. A caucus session, originally advertised to be held at 6:30 p.m., will be held immediately prior to the regular meeting, if necessary.
