NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Pt. Pleasant Beach shall hold a public auction sale of Real Property known as BLOCK 178.01, LOT 8 in the Borough Council Meeting Room in the Pt. Pleasant Beach Borough Hall, 416 New Jersey Avenue, Pt. Pleasant Beach, New Jersey on February 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at which time the above property will be auctioned. There will be no minimum bid but the Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids
General Bidding Requirements are available by contacting the Borough Clerk, 416 New Jersey Avenue, Pt. Pleasant Beach, New Jersey (732) 892-1118 and may be acquired during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
