Borough of Point Pleasant Beach TWO NEW PROGRAMS
Two New Programs for Homeowners and One New Program for Businesses impacted by Hurricane Sandy
The FIRST PROGRAM with $1,829.520,000 provided to New Jersey by HUD will focus primarily on helping HOMEOWNERS, RENTERS, BUSINESSES and communities impacted by Super Storm Sandy.

The Homeowner Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation and Mitigations (RREM) Program provides up to $150,000 in grant funding assistance to eligible homeowners. The RREM Program will provide funds to help homeowners repair their primary residence damaged by Superstorm Sandy.
